Job Description

As a Senior Manager at Newton School, you will play a crucial role in driving university-level operations and ensuring stakeholder success across partner campuses. Your responsibilities will include: - **Stakeholder Ownership:** Build, own, and manage day-to-day working relationships with university stakeholders, including the Dean, academic coordinators, department heads, faculty, and admin teams. You will be the single point of contact for all cross-functional alignment. - **Cross-Department Coordination:** Ensure timely and effective coordination across multiple university departments to deliver key academic and operational outcomes such as scheduling, exams, grading, student records, and feedback cycles. - **Program Delivery Oversight:** Monitor the smooth execution of academic and non-academic processes on campus, ensuring that classes, labs, assessments, and events happen as per plan. You will resolve breakdowns quickly and efficiently. - **Escalation Management:** Act as the first point of escalation for university stakeholders and internal teams. You will navigate conflicts with judgment and empathy to ensure timely resolution. - **Data and Documentation:** Own the accuracy and timeliness of all academic documentation, including student records, performance reports, attendance, and intervention tracking. - **Team Management:** Manage and mentor a small team of campus associates or coordinators, ensuring accountability, clarity, and performance. - **Continuous Improvement:** Identify inefficiencies or roadblocks in campus execution and drive solutions through process redesign, training, or smarter tools. Your qualifications should include: - 4-5 years of relevant work experience in stakeholder management, program operations, higher education, or customer success roles. - Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder dynamics with maturity and professionalism. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proactive, reliable, and outcomes-oriented mindset. - Prior experience in leading or mentoring a team will be advantageous.
