Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and submit fresh BG and LC proposals with banks, and negotiate critical terms until closure.
Liaise with foreign bankers for establishing counter BGs and SBLC requirements.
Review and interpret critical clauses and terms of BGs and LCs during opening, negotiation, advising, and settlement stages.
Collaborate with regional teams and beneficiaries to finalize BG/LC drafts and ensure smooth coordination across stakeholders.
Monitor BGs/LCs nearing expiry; proactively coordinate with regions and customers for collection, amendments, or extensions.

Key Skills & Attributes:

Strong technical expertise in trade finance instruments (BG, LC, SBLC).
Negotiation and drafting skills with attention to detail on legal and financial clauses.
Experience working with both domestic and international banks.
Proactive follow-up and monitoring capability.
Team-oriented with excellent coordination and communication skills.
