Job Description

You will be responsible for leading the growth and strategic development of Cost Analytics portfolio within the Cost Vertical in Finance Shared Services Centre. Your key responsibilities include: - Overseeing and providing ongoing management direction for all processes and activities related to Cost Analytics - Driving SCB cost and competitive analytics, benchmarking, and market intelligence to calibrate SCB's performance vs. peers - Partnering with Global Process Managers to design and implement Standard Global Processes for Cost Management - Leading the team to develop a strategic roadmap for Cost CoE including capabilities of modeling, efficiency tracking, business partnering, and end-to-end view of Cost - Engaging senior stakeholders/business CFOs to drive conversations for improvements/enhancements within cost management processes - Providing recommendations for a more efficient and effective end-to-end process for Cost Management, including technology-related aspects - Constantly exploring opportunities for migration in the hub and building compelling cases for end-to-end migration from countries - Contributing to the strategic development of the center and driving GFS collective agenda - Working with HR to enhance talent/skill sets and actively managing attrition for the unit - Evaluating options for promoting forums for employee engagements and encouraging creativity, learning, and development Skills and Experience: - Strong analytical and strategic mindset with a thorough understanding of Performance Management - Experience working with senior management team and influencing senior stakeholders - Experience in banking and knowledge in processes, especially in Management Reporting - Leadership skills with the ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and work effectively under pressure - Ability to work in a diverse international team environment and inspire teams to build for the long term Qualifications: - Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance. Advanced Degree (Masters) and/or Professional Accreditation (CPA, CMA) is a plus - Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, experience in an MNC is a plus - Excellent financial awareness and analytical abilities - Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills in English - Advanced Power Point and Excel skills, knowledge of SAP/Apptio/PaPM is an added advantage,
