Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the long-term GTM technology strategy with a focus on scalability, interoperability, and AI-first adoption.
  • Own the end-to-end revenue technology ecosystem, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, CaptivateIQ, Operative/OMS, analytics tools, and AI platforms.
  • Partner with IT, Product, and Security teams to ensure compliance, governance, and cost efficiency across all technology solutions.
  • Integrate AI-driven capabilities into GTM workflows such as forecasting, lead scoring, deal insights, territory planning, churn prediction, and incentive optimization.
  • Evaluate, onboard, and manage GenAI and ML-based tools that enhance sales productivity, marketing attribution, and revenue forecasting accuracy.
  • Build automation and decision intelligence layers to reduce manual intervention and enable predictive, self-serve insights for GTM stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance leaders to align technology with GTM priorities and business goals.
  • Serve as a trusted RevTech advisor to senior leadership, influencing strategic investments through ROI-driven insights.
  • Lead change management initiatives to drive adoption and ensure technology tools deliver tangible business impact.
  • Partner with Revenue Intelligence teams to ensure seamless data integration for accurate dashboards, KPIs, and forecasts.
  • Drive visibility across the customer lifecycle--from lead generation to bookings, renewals, and expansions.
  • Establish governance frameworks, documentation standards, and usage protocols for RevTech tools.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize technology adoption, usage patterns, and tool spend against the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).

Experience Required:

  • 7-15 years of overall experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or Business Systems.
  • Minimum 4+ years managing RevTech stack strategy and implementation.
  • Proven experience in designing and operating large-scale technology ecosystems for GTM teams.
  • Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and automation tools in a sales and marketing context.
  • Experience integrating and managing enterprise-grade platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Outreach.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with cross-functional teams and drive alignment across business functions.
  • Experience with data governance, analytics, and business process optimization.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
