Senior Manager, Technical Recruiting India

As a Technical Recruiting Manager at Autodesk, your primary responsibility will be to lead a team of recruiters focused on technical hiring in India. You will work closely with key leaders to understand the organization's talent needs and develop and execute technical recruiting strategies to attract top technical talent. Your role is crucial in establishing Autodesk as the industry-leading platform for design and make. Reporting to the Director of Technical Recruiting and based in Bangalore, you will be required to come to the office 2-3 days per week. Your responsibilities will include stakeholder management, where you will partner with the business to execute technical recruiting strategies, provide market intelligence and forecasting on hiring trends, and develop innovative strategies to attract and hire the best technical talent. You will also collaborate with other teams within Talent Acquisition to ensure alignment on initiatives. In terms of team management, you will recruit and manage a team of technical recruiters, facilitate their development conversations, and drive engagement and performance. You will also be responsible for setting team performance goals and metrics, conducting training sessions, and participating in cross-business special projects related to talent acquisition. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 8+ years of recruiting experience, including 5+ years of people management experience leading Talent Acquisition teams. You should have a proven track record of building executive-level relationships, developing high-performing teams, and possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
