Job Description:
Must have Experience in Both Direct and Indirect Taxation.
? Preparation and filing of Corporate Income tax returns, monthly GST Returns, GST Annual Return, TP Study and TDS/ TCS Returns.
? Ensuring compliance with Tax laws and Regulations. ? Coordinating with Auditors for completion of Income Tax and Transfer Pricing Audit.
? Handling Tax assessments and Liaising with Tax Authorities. ? Supporting Tax Planning and Optimization Initiatives.
? Preparing and Maintaining Proper Documentation for Tax filings and Transfer Pricing Compliance.
? Assisting in Periodic Financial and Regulatory Reporting requirements. ? Preparing regular MIS reports related to tax matters.
? Supporting cross-functional teams on tax-related matters.
