Job Description

We are looking for a professional experienced in bond market/credit to drive the business. S/he will have the following main responsibilities: Relationships with Investors and customers Maintain and acquire new relationships with various capital market investors (mutual funds, insurance companies, NBFCs, financial institutions, AIFs, FPIs etc) Maintain relationships with other syndication/DCM desks to remain updated with market information Maintain and manage relationship with corporate clients for business development, monitoring etc Credit selection and structuring Actively work on selecting the right opportunities to take up for book as we'll as syndications Liaison with internal stakeholders like origination, credit, legal, operations etc in the underwriting process and run the proposal end to end. Participating in client negotiations to make the proposal saleable during the syndication process Ensure correct structuring of the proposal to ensure innovative solutions to the client and at the same time build credit worthiness of the proposal and legal correctness Analyzing and detailed credit due diligence, preparation of Investment Memorandum, financial models and representing the cases in the various approval committees of investors Live Deals Stage Structuring and Underwriting Syndicating the client requirements within client expected timelines End to end deal management Maximization of fee income
