Lead the companys Sustainability, EPR , and ESG strategies with a focus on plastic waste management and packaging governance.
Represent the company at industry forums, conferences, policy dialogues, and plastic waste platforms—both nationally and internationally.
Stay updated on emerging regulatory changes, government notifications, and policy shifts (such as CPCB, SPCB, and MoEFCC guidelines) and assess their potential business impact.
Develop and present market analysis reports with insights on volatile market trends, plastic credit fluctuations, circular economy initiatives, and risk mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (legal, operations, marketing, procurement) to drive sustainability objectives and ensure EPR compliance.
Prepare executive-level presentations, internal briefings, and stakeholder communication materials.
Track sustainability KPIs, ESG metrics, and help set benchmarks for performance improvement.
Serve as a thought leader on sustainability and plastic circularity within the organization.
