Lead the companys Sustainability, EPR , and ESG strategies with a focus on plastic waste management and packaging governance. Represent the company at industry forums, conferences, policy dialogues, and plastic waste platforms—both nationally and internationally. Stay updated on emerging regulatory changes, government notifications, and policy shifts (such as CPCB, SPCB, and MoEFCC guidelines) and assess their potential business impact. Develop and present market analysis reports with insights on volatile market trends, plastic credit fluctuations, circular economy initiatives, and risk mitigation strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (legal, operations, marketing, procurement) to drive sustainability objectives and ensure EPR compliance. Prepare executive-level presentations, internal briefings, and stakeholder communication materials. Track sustainability KPIs, ESG metrics, and help set benchmarks for performance improvement. Serve as a thought leader on sustainability and plastic circularity within the organization.

Coordination & Communication :- Coordination with State Pollution Control Board, Central Pollution Control Board, Ministry of Environment Forest & Climate Change, Director Occupational Health and Safety and other Statuary Authorities. Environment Management :- Water & Waste Water Management, Air pollution Control Management, Solid Waste Management, Hazardous Waste Management, Legal compliances, i- compliancen & implementation of all legal compliances etc coordination with consultant, equipments suppliers, Training consultant etc. Ca Regulations Management of environment compliance under Air Act, Water Act, Environment Protection Act. Preparation & submission of all legal requirement of (MOEF) Ministry of Environment & Forest, Central Pollution Control Board, Gujarat Pollution Control Board. Ensuring effective operation of ETP / STP to meet consent criteria for effluent discharge. Ensure proper discharge of treated effluent for green belt development Monitor solid / hazardous waste generation pattern and ensure proper segregation/storage disposal/recycle at premises. Impart training/awareness for the same to involved employee Meet legal requirement for monthly / yearly returns related to the environment management system Monitor / Maintain / Update legal register and periodical review with team for ensuring timely compliances of all applicable rules / regulations Environment Clearance process: Environment Impact Assessment studies, Public Hearing process and Compliance of Environment Clearance conditions Obtaining necessary consents like CCA & CTE / NOC from GPCB / licenses / permissions pertaining to EHS related legislations from regulatory authorities including documentation. Online Monitoring System : - Continuous Ambient Air Quality Monitoring Station (CAAQMS ), Continuous Emission Monitoring System (CEMS), Metrological Monitoring and operating,Environmental monitoring Equipments. Setup New Environmental Laboratory and Establishment :- New setup of Pollution Control Monitoring Laboratories and Equipments for Monitoring, Analysis and Controlling of Air, Water, Noise & Soil Pollution of Industries as well as installation of CAAQMS, CEMS , Automation and data transmission connectivity with SPCB and CPCB server.

Experience: Minimum 8+ Years in Ash Dyke Management Language Requirement: Fluency in Telugu is mandatory Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Ash Dyke Management & Maintenance Engineer to oversee the safe and efficient operation, monitoring, and maintenance of ash dykes. The candidate must have strong expertise in ash dyke management and maintenance activities, along with working knowledge of environmental regulations. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily operations, inspection, and maintenance of ash dykes and associated infrastructure. Oversee ash slurry disposal, dyke height raising, and ensure structural stability and safety. Monitor water seepage, embankment integrity, and erosion control measures. Coordinate with environmental, civil, and O&M departments to ensure seamless ash disposal and dyke expansion. Prepare and maintain documentation for compliance with CPCB/SPCB and MoEF regulations related to ash disposal and dyke safety. Liaise with contractors for dyke construction, repair works, and related civil activities. Ensure implementation of best practices for long-term dyke stability and safety monitoring. Conduct regular inspections and audits; report anomalies with corrective action plans. Guide and manage ground-level workforce effectively, ensuring communication in Telugu. Coordinate with local authorities and communities for ash utilization and safe management. Requirements: Any degree with good experience in Thermal Power plant dyke management. Minimum 8+ years of proven experience in Ash Dyke management and maintenance in a thermal power plant or similar environment. Strong understanding of geotechnical aspects, dyke operations and maintenance. Familiarity with environmental norms, ash utilization policies, and regulatory reporting. Proficiency in Telugu (speaking, reading, writing) is a must. English and Hindi will be a plus

The role involves managing both client relationships and project delivery in the domain of environmental compliance and sustainability services. You will play a key part in client acquisition, advisory, and delivery of solutions related to Pollution Control, E-Waste, Solid Waste Management, and related environmental regulations. Key Responsibilities: • Build and maintain strong business relationships with potential and existing clients. • Understand client requirements and offer tailored environmental compliance and advisory services. • Respond to client inquiries, proposals (RFPs), and follow-up communications with professionalism and accuracy. • Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date CRM/database of leads and prospective clients. • Collaborate with senior leadership on sales targets, strategic planning, and forecasting. • Develop and implement effective lead conversion strategies. • Offer technical advisory in domains including: o E-Waste Management o Pollution Control Compliance (CTE/CTO) o Solid Waste Management o Environmental Authorizations and Licensing • Stay updated with applicable environmental regulations and policy changes. • Represent the company in client meetings and external engagements as a subject matter expert. Role & responsibilities Compliance Auditing: Conduct internal and external audits related to Plastic, Battery, and E-waste EPR fulfilment. Regulatory Clearances: Manage environmental compliance requirements and secure clearances from CPCB, SPCBs, and PCCs. Regulatory Tracking: Analyze and summarize updates from MoEF&CC and CPCB to guide internal teams. EPR Registrations: Handle EPR registration processes for Manufacturers, Importers, Brand Owners (PIBOs), and Plastic Waste Processors (PWPs). Reporting: Submit Annual Returns, Half-Yearly and Quarterly Reports, Brand Fulfi lment Reports to CPCB/SPCBs, and address compliance-related queries or notices. Audit Coordination: Lead spot audits and ensure audit preparedness with third-party auditing fi rms across India. Vendor Onboarding: Oversee compliance audits during onboarding of service providers/vendors including documentation, KYC, and facility checks. SOP & OCP Development: Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Operational Control Procedures (OCPs) related to compliance and audit functions. Query Management: Analyze and report on queries received from regulatory authorities and brand partners. Issue Resolution: Act on audit observations from brands or third-party auditors and streamline internal coordination for effective closure. Operations Support: Assist in warehouse operations, process documentation, and invoice clearance aligned with compliance. Preferred candidate profile

Oversee daily operations across all departments: battery collection, crushing, lead smelting, plastic & acid separation, and waste management. Monitor production metrics (output, downtime, energy use) and implement improvements. Ensure optimal resource utilization and efficiency of recycling processes. Enforce strict occupational health and safety standards (e.g., PPE use, lead exposure control). Ensure compliance with local & international environmental regulations (e.g., Hazardous Waste Rules, EPA, CPCB/SPCB standards). Supervise the safe storage, treatment, and disposal of lead, sulfuric acid, and other hazardous waste. Implement Emergency Response Plans for incidents such as acid spills or lead contamination. Maintain up-to-date documentation for audits and inspections. Coordinate with environmental agencies for licenses, permits, and reporting. Ensure compliance with the Batteries (Management and Handling) Rules, Hazardous Waste Management Rules, Local labor and factory laws, etc. Ensure that recovered lead, plastic, and other byproducts meet industry and customer quality standards. Work with technical teams to improve smelting efficiency, reduce emissions, and enhance recovery rates. Oversee maintenance schedules for plant machinery to minimize downtime. Supervise, train, and develop production and technical staff. Maintain good labor relations and workforce discipline. Manage input (used batteries) and output (lead ingots, plastic chips, etc.) inventories. Coordinate for procurement and logistics for raw material sourcing and product dispatch. Ensure safe handling, transportation, and storage of hazardous materials. Report key metrics and incidents to senior management. Provide data for sustainability and ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) reporting. Coordinate with stakeholders such as vendors, regulatory agencies, and community bodies.
