Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Prepare annual, monthly & daily production schedules based on demand, capacity & confirmed orders.
Coordinate with global planning, sales, warehouse, quality & sourcing teams to ensure material availability and smooth production flow.
Monitor dispatch OTIF, conduct root cause analysis & implement improvement plans.
Optimize inventory using ABC-XYZ analysis and lean material flow practices.
Ensure accuracy of material master data (MOQ, lot size, safety stock, procurement).
Track forecast accuracy and provide inputs to sales & planning teams.
Drive S&OP meetings and cross-functional coordination for customer satisfaction & complaint resolution.
Develop alternate sourcing plans & manage introduction of new materials/vendors.
