Oversee the end-to-end supply chain process, ensuring smooth coordination of production schedules, inventory levels, and demand forecasts. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure reliable sourcing and cost-effective procurement. Monitor and manage raw material (RM) and finished goods (FG) inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste. Conduct monthly physical inventory verification and reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Implement and maintain FIFO & LIFO inventory management practices based on material requirements. Identify supply chain risks and proactively develop strategies to mitigate potential disruptions. Analyze market trends and operational data to forecast future inventory needs and enhance efficiency. Ensure strict adherence to regulatory and ethical standards across all supply chain operations. Track and optimize logistics and transportation to guarantee timely delivery of goods. Develop performance dashboards and ensure timely reporting to relevant stakeholders. Identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate favorable contracts with suppliers. Lead cross-functional teams to drive collaboration, improve performance, and enhance overall supply chain effectiveness.
