Senior Manager Strategic Sourcing

As a highly motivated and experienced Supply Chain Manager with hands-on sourcing experience and a deep understanding of emission control systems, you will play a crucial role in setting up the supply chain, negotiation, vendor onboarding, etc. for our new product in the emission control space. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify and onboard vendor network relevant to our product - Carry out detailed ZBC/Should be cost for all components with the help of CFT - Negotiate with vendors and create agreements to safeguard the company's interest in the longer term - Collaborate closely with research and development teams in DFM for new concepts - Indigenization of critical high-value components to reduce costs in the long term and maintain the competitive edge - Hedge the supplier hold-up risk by building the right supplier network redundancy - Implement, review, and support the development of vendor risk framework and strong operating rhythms to conduct periodic risk assessments **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree - Minimum of 5 years of experience working with emission control systems - Excellent negotiation skills - Work experience in dealing with overseas vendors will be beneficial - 2+ years of direct experience with International procurement In addition to the above, the ability to prioritize departmental activities, set effective (SMART) goals and objectives in line with the overall corporate strategy, manage logistics of all aspects of the supply chain, possess strong negotiation and communication skills, financial analysis know-how, work comfortably in a fast-paced, agile environment, and experience working in a start-up/multi-location manufacturing organization will be advantageous for excelling in this role.,
