Job Description

Role & responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Manager to design solutions for our retail team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the retail landscape and a proven track record of successful end-to-end solution design, with a strong focus on digital transformation.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop the entire solutions lifecycle from ideation and requirements gathering to implementation and post-launch support
Leverage prior experience in retail solutioning to identify market trends, customer pain points, and opportunities for innovative solution design
Incorporate digital transformation acumen into solution designs, including the adoption of new technologies such as AI, machine learning, and e-commerce platforms
Work closely with product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives and customer needs
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technological advancements
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to clients

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in business, Information Technology, or related field
10+ years of experience in solutioning, with at least 3 years in the retail industry
Demonstrable experience designing solutions for digital transformation projects
Strong understanding of retail operations, including supply chain, merchandising, and customer experience
Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
Strong client relationship management skills
