Basic Qualifications: Master s degree with 8 - 10 years of experience in Business, Engineering, IT or related field OR Bachelor s degree with 10 - 14 years of experience in Business, Engineering, IT or related field OR Diploma with 14 - 18 years of experience in Business, Engineering, IT or related field Functional Skills:Must-Have Skills: Prior hands-on experience leading full stack development using infrastructure cloud services (AWS preferred) and cloud-native tools and design patterns (Containers, Serverless, Docker, etc.) Demonstrated experience building strong teams with consistent practices in a matrix organization In-depth knowledge of Agile processes and principles for coordinated solutions and teams via SAFe Define success metrics for developer productivity; on a monthly/quarterly basis analyze how the product team is performing against established KPI s Good-to-Have Skills: Experience in a leadership role within a pharmaceutical or technology organization Thorough understanding of modern application development, Gen AI application development, microservices, application integration patterns, and enterprise data frameworks for ELT pipelines Experience developing solutions on cloud platforms, preferably AWS such as Lambda, ECS, EKS, S3, DataBricks, Athena, Redshift and others Experience leading DevSecOps practices and implementing metrics for security, performance, cost, and usage Strong analytic/critical-thinking and decision-making abilities Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Established business partnerships and IS governance practices involving senior business collaborators Broad working knowledge of key IS domains and layers Professional Certifications: Scaled Agile Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) (preferred) AWS Certified Solutions Architect (preferred) Certified DevOps Engineer (preferred) SAFe Agilist, Certified Agile Leader or similar (preferred) Soft Skills: Excellent leadership and team management skills.
