Senior Manager - Social Commerce - Influencer Marketing

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our Influencer Marketing Manager. The role will be responsible for driving influencer strategies and campaigns across Myntra, Myntra Beauty, Myntra Luxe, and Myntra Global, ensuring alignment with the brands values and positioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the influencer marketing team to drive impactful collaborations and campaigns.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard influencers and content creators that resonate with the brands values, aesthetics, and target audience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, talent managers, influencer agencies, and content creators.
• Plan, execute, and optimize influencer marketing campaigns across multiple categories and platforms.
• Track, measure, and report campaign performance against key metrics such as engagement, reach, impressions, share of voice (SOV), and ROI.
• Work closely with internal teams including social media, PR, content, and monetization to ensure cohesive brand messaging and campaign integration.
• Stay updated with trends in the influencer and creator economy and proactively recommend new opportunities, talent, and campaign ideas.
• Manage and update influencer databases, contracts, campaign records, and performance reports.
• Ensure all influencer-led content complies with brand guidelines, platform policies, and legal regulations.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 8-12 years of relevant experience in influencer marketing, preferably within e-commerce, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle industries.
• Strong network within the influencer, creator, and talent management ecosystem.
• Proven experience in leading teams and managing large-scale influencer campaigns.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to derive insights from data.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
