Senior Manager

Role & responsibilities:

• Lead Costing Team of 8 to 10 person for all plants for providing Costing data, Cost MIS Data, Productivity, preparation of monthly cost sheets for all plants and review with the same finance/plant heads and management on the regular basis.
• Closely working with Plant heads/COO for improving plant Gross Profit and provide costing details for various cost reduction projects.
• Coordinate and implement with SAP Team various development in Plant related Production, Costing and Budget related new developments.
• Prepare and share New Product Costing in consultation with Plant Stakeholders/R&D Head/Design Team.
• Ensure right implementation of SAP CO module from SAP ECC to SAP Hana.
• Travel at least 10 days in a month to Morbi for discussing Monthly Costing Actual vs standard and Budget Report, Discussions with Finance head, Plant head and management presentations.
• Quarterly Plant Review presentation preparation and finalization after consulting with Plant Stakeholders, to be presented to Investors, management.
• Yearly standard cost update in SAP, Ensure accurate and timely cost release in SAP and suggest process improvements in CO Module.
• Preparation of Annual/ Monthly Budgeted Gross profit and tracking the same against actual. Discuss the deviation with Finance Head.
• Prepare and manage Plant Capex Budget & Tracking the same. Closely monitor New project / plant Budget vs. Actuals.
• Manage Audits and queries relating Costing & Production data.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Should be willing to relocate at Morbi
• Proficient in SAP Costing Module, excel, costing processes, Budgeting
• Pro-active in taking initiative and decent in spoken and verbal communication
• Knowledge / exposure of SAP Hana Costing module or implementation is preferrable
