Shall promote Building Management Systems, Electronic Security Systems, Fire Alarm and Public Address Systems to End-users, Consultants, EPC contractors and Developers in the region. How You Will Do It Shall be responsible for Sales growth in the region and shall meet his annual targets set by the organization. Shall carry out Business Development & Sales Activities in the region. Shall meet customers and promote the IBMS offerings by JCI. Shall carry out technical presentations to the client based on customer requirements and convey the key features and differentiators between competitor solutions v/s JCI offerings. Should be able to carry out preliminary site surveys and make Bill of Quantities for the identified project. Shall have a sound understanding of BMS, Security and Fire products and solutions. Shall work closely with end-users and consultants in the region. Shall be an individual contributor reporting to the Regional Sales Leader. Show more Show less
