1. Office Operations & Team Management:
Oversee day-to-day sales office activities
Guide and motivate the sales team to achieve daily/weekly targets
Ensure proper documentation and communication with clients
2. Focus on Site Visits:
Arrange and coordinate site visits for potential clients
Give complete project walkthroughs and explain features on-site
Ensure impactful presentation to drive conversions
3. Deal Closing & Booking Management:
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable real estate projects
Handle negotiations and finalize deals effectively
Ensure smooth and timely booking process including documentation
4. Customer Data & Lead Management:
Maintain records of existing customers and ensure regular follow-ups
Generate and manage new leads through calls, meetings, and referrals
Maintain accurate records in CRM tools or Excel sheets
5. Convert Queries into Bookings:
Address all customer inquiries professionally and promptly
Resolve concerns and guide clients toward booking decisions
Build customer trust through clear and honest communication
6. Achieve Sales Targets & Revenue Growth Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
Develop strategies to improve conversion rates and lead generation
Strong experience in residential real estate sales
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
Proven ability to close deals and manage high-value transactions
Leadership skills with a focus on team performance
