Senior Manager Risk Management

You will be joining M&G Global Services Private Limited, a subsidiary of the M&G plc group of companies, as a Senior Manager GRC Risk Management. M&G is dedicated to providing confidence to individuals to invest their money, offering a variety of financial products and services through Asset Management, Life, and Wealth segments. Your role will primarily focus on overseeing Technology, Third Party, Operational Resilience, Data, and Privacy policies, standards, risks, and controls within the First Line GRC function. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide oversight of Technology, Third Party, Operational Resilience, Data, and Privacy policies, standards, risks, and controls, including validation. - Drive a better understanding of related risks and support Technology leadership and business risk team in actively managing risks. - Ensure each framework under Technology remains in-line with external requirements and identify areas for improvement in the control environment. - Act as a risk subject matter expert for change programmes and deliver risk and controls self-assessments for Technology. - Liaise with stakeholders to ensure consistency across GRC and relevant M&G plc risk framework, policies, and processes. - Provide oversight, governance, and reporting over the risk areas covered by First Line GRC. - Handle reporting requirements for governance forums and other stakeholders, ensuring the integrity of reported information. - Work to mature the delivery and governance for better risk management associated with Technology, Data, Privacy, and other emerging risk areas. - Build professional relationships with key stakeholders and senior leaders across Technology Pillars to capture appropriate risk metric data. - Assess the impact of reported risks, determine risk ratings, and deliver continuous improvement and quality standards for risk assessment. - Engage with the 2nd Line of Defence Technology Risk team to maintain effective communication on Technology Risk management. - Drive improvement opportunities for enhancing the risk culture and risk management strategy.,
