Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage core regulatory compliance activities across the organization.
2. Provide end-to-end compliance support to

   IFSCA

   .
3. Support

   Head–AML

   in AML reviews, monitoring, and reporting.
4. Conduct periodic audits to ensure complete adherence to processes and regulatory guidelines.
5. Drive a strong compliance culture through structured awareness and training campaigns across all teams.
6. Ensure process implementation & adherence across stakeholders with zero gaps and coordinate and file regulatory reports with

   IRDAI

   ,

   FIU

   , and other bodies.
7. Design and deliver tailored compliance training for new joiners and refresher programs for all employees.

Requirements

1. Post-graduate degree;

   LLB preferred

   .

2. 10+ years

   of relevant experience in compliance, audit, and regulatory interpretation.
3. Strong understanding of IRDAI regulations, AML norms, DPDP Act, and insurance compliance frameworks.
4. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpretation skills.
5. Result-oriented, proactive, and analytical mindset.
