Senior Manager- Regional Sales

As a Senior Manager of Regional Sales (Shipping & Logistics) at SJ Shipping and Logistics, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing sales strategies to increase revenue and market share in the freight forwarding industry. Your responsibilities will include leading a sales team, identifying new business opportunities, analyzing market trends, and fostering strong relationships with key accounts. Your primary duties will involve developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, motivating and managing the sales team to meet individual and team goals, and identifying growth opportunities through market analysis. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and conduct sales meetings and trainings to equip the team with the necessary skills for success. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field, along with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Sales within the Shipping and Logistics Freight Forwarding industry. Your track record should demonstrate successful sales strategy execution and strong leadership capabilities to inspire and guide your team effectively. Your communication and interpersonal skills will be essential in building and maintaining relationships with key accounts, while your analytical and strategic thinking abilities will help you identify market trends and capitalize on growth opportunities. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite is required to provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the Director of Sales.
