Senior Manager Real Estate Sales

As a Senior Manager/Team Lead in Real Estate Sales focusing on Holiday Destination Projects, you will be responsible for leading and managing sales operations for real estate projects in popular holiday and second-home destinations like Shimla, Mussoorie, Goa, and more. Your key responsibilities will include developing go-to-market strategies, building a high-performing sales team, and ensuring the achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets. You will leverage your extensive experience of 7-12 years in Real Estate Sales with a focus on brokerage or builder firms. Your proven track record in selling projects across holiday markets such as Goa, Uttarakhand, or Himachal Pradesh will be crucial for this role. Additionally, your strong network with channel partners, IPCs, and HNI/NRI investors will play a key role in generating high-quality leads. Your role will involve conducting market research, competitor analysis, and client profiling to cater to premium and leisure real estate buyers. You will also be required to liaise with builders, developers, and channel partners to promote inventory and negotiate commercial terms effectively. Your ability to oversee client relationship management from lead generation to post-sale services will be essential. You will represent the company at property expos, client meetings, and project site visits across various locations. The ideal candidate for this role will possess excellent leadership and people management skills. Your strong negotiation, presentation, and client management abilities will be crucial for success in this position. Additionally, occasional travel to project sites for client engagement and team coordination will be required. A background working with firms such as Anarock, Square Yards, DLF, or Omaxe will be preferred. While an MBA or equivalent in Sales/Marketing is preferred, it is not mandatory for this role.,
