Senior Manager Real Estate Sales (Holiday Destinations)

As a Senior Manager / Team Lead in Real Estate Sales for Holiday Destination Projects based in NCR (Delhi/Gurgaon/Noida), your role will involve leading and managing sales operations for real estate projects focused on holiday and second-home destinations such as Shimla, Mussoorie, Rishikesh, Dehradun, Goa, Haridwar, and Jim Corbett. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing go-to-market strategies and executing sales plans across targeted geographies. - Building and managing a high-performing sales team, setting sales targets, and ensuring the achievement of monthly/quarterly goals. - Leveraging deep connections within the real estate and brokerage ecosystem to generate high-quality leads. - Conducting market research, competitor analysis, and client profiling for premium and leisure real estate buyers. - Liaising with builders, developers, and channel partners to promote inventory and negotiate commercial terms. - Overseeing client relationship management from lead generation to post-sale services. - Representing the company at property expos, client meetings, and project site visits across locations. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A proven track record in real estate sales (residential/holiday homes) with builder firms or brokerage houses in Delhi NCR. - Experience in selling projects across at least 3-4 holiday markets like Goa, Uttarakhand, or Himachal Pradesh. - Strong network with channel partners, IPCs, and HNI/NRI investors. - Excellent leadership and people management skills. - The ability to travel occasionally to project sites for client engagement and team coordination. - Strong negotiation, presentation, and client management abilities. Additionally, a background with firms such as Anarock, Square Yards, 360 Realtors, India Sothebys, DLF, M3M, Emaar, Godrej Properties, or Omaxe would be preferred. An MBA or equivalent in Sales/Marketing is preferred but not mandatory for this role.,
