Senior Manager Quality Medical Coding

As an individual with excellent domain expertise and process knowledge in RCM for Hospital facility/Physician, you will be responsible for supervising and managing a team of 100+ QAs. Your role will involve creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture, designing QA capacity planning, delegating tasks, and setting deadlines. Additionally, you will be managing the quality of OP (ED/EM/SDS/ANC/OBV), ProFee Surgery & EM, and IP DRG projects while ensuring quality control as per client SLA. Your key responsibilities will include: - Creating an inspiring team environment with open communication culture - Designing QA capacity planning based on project requirements - Delegating tasks, setting deadlines, and monitoring team performance - Managing Quality of OP (ED/EM/SDS/ANC/OBV), ProFee Surgery & EM, and IP DRG projects - Ensuring effective implementation of the organization's Quality Management System - Performing random audits of auditors and conducting RCA on audit observations - Identifying knowledge gaps, developing action plans with quality leads and operation managers, and providing coaching to QAs - Recognizing high performance, rewarding accomplishments, and encouraging creativity and business improvement ideas - Suggesting and organizing team-building activities and initiating action plans for improvement opportunities. Your qualifications should include: - Excellent domain expertise and process knowledge about RCM for Hospital facility/Physician - Understanding of E&M-IP/OP, APC, UHDDS guidelines, and hospital E&M coding - Knowledge of Human Anatomy, Physiology, Pathophysiology, Pharmacology, and Diagnostic Studies - Awareness of risky practices like up-coding, down-coding, Fraud and abuse, HIPAA, and CLIA rules - Strong understanding of Operative Reports and other report types with documentation requirements.,
