Senior Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Project Delivery

• Lead end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity audit projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes within defined timelines and budgets.
  • Oversee and guide teams on engagements including vulnerability management, threat modeling, SOC implementation, cloud security, and regulatory compliance frameworks. • Develop and review technical solutions, architecture designs, and reports, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry best practices. • Manage client escalations and resolve technical challenges to ensure client satisfaction.

2. Business Development

• Drive revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities within the cybersecurity domain.
  • Develop and nurture client relationships at C-suite and senior levels to position the firm as a trusted advisor. • Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to design go-to-market strategies, proposals, and presentations tailored to client needs. • Represent the firm at industry forums, conferences, and events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

3. Practice Management

• Define and execute strategic goals for the cybersecurity practice, ensuring alignment with the firms overall objectives.
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing team of consultants, fostering a culture of learning, innovation, and excellence. • Monitor practice performance metrics, including utilization, profitability, and client satisfaction, and implement corrective actions as needed. • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to ensure the practice remains competitive and forward-looking. • Contribute to thought leadership by authoring white papers, blogs, or delivering webinars.

Preferred candidate profile

Key Qualifications

• Bachelors/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. Relevant certifications such as OSCP,CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, or equivalent are highly preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. • Proven track record in managing large-scale cybersecurity projects across various industries. • Strong business development skills with a history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets. • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. • Expertise in cybersecurity frameworks and standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR, DPDPA, PCI DSS, etc.
