Job Description

As a Change Management Specialist, you will play a crucial role in leading change management activities for assigned projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Taking the Change lead role for assigned projects, identifying the size/scope of the change, and defining the change management approach to deliver expected benefits. - Leading change management activities to positively affect the speed and extent of adoption, partnering with Project Managers and Digital Transformation resources. You will assist in the coordination of Geo and local change activities, engagement events, meetings, and workshops as necessary. - Conducting change impact assessments to ensure all changes are documented and the current vs. to be state defined for all impacted audiences. In addition to the above key responsibilities, you will also be responsible for: - General stakeholder engagement, including building relationships with stakeholders and conducting stakeholder analysis relevant to the functions impacted by the projects. - Owning and managing the Change Agent Network to drive program communications. You will develop project-specific communications strategy and plan communications via email, presentations, newsletters, SharePoint sites, etc. - Coordinating training plans across different teams, managing training content localization as necessary, and assisting in the organization and execution of specific train-the-trainer and instructor-led training sessions. Furthermore, you will facilitate the measurement of change readiness, develop, prioritize, and lead the execution of action plans required to mitigate impacts and readiness gaps. You will also develop project-specific business adoption metrics to measure usage, benefit realization, and ROI. What we expect from you: - Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to draft effective business-ready communications to senior stakeholders. - Experience in areas such as culture change, learning and development, leadership development, organization operating model design, change strategy and journey management, and organizational change capability building. - PROSCI certification is an advantage but not mandatory. - Experience in training coordination would be a plus. **Mandatory Skills:** - Stakeholder Management - Benefits Management - Pursuit/Proposal Management - Project Planning - Risk/Crisis Management - Project Governance - Account Management & Mining **Good to Have Skills:** - Pursuit/Proposal Management - Project Planning - Project Governance - Account Management & Mining,
