Role Description

Project experience with change management activities assessment execution experience applying recognized organization change management methodology in a complex organizationSAP S4 HANA and E2E understanding Planning Change Impact ManagementTake the Change lead role for assigned projects identify the sizescope of the change and define the change mgmt approach to deliver expected benefitsLead change mgmt activities to positively affect the speed and extent of adoption partnering with Project Mgr Digital Transformation resources You will assist in the coordination of Geo and local change activities engagement events meetings workshops as necessaryResponsible for change impact assessments to ensure all changes are documented and current vs to be state defined for all impacted audiencesStakeholder Engagement Communication TrainingGeneral Stakeholder engagement building relationships with them Stakeholder Analysis relevant to the functions impacted by the projectsOwn manage Change Agent Network to drive program communications own and develop Project specific communications strategy and plan comms via email presentations newsletters SharePoint sites etcCoordinate training plan across different teams manage training content localization as necessary assist in the organization and execution of specific trainthetrainer and instructorled training sessionsReadiness AdoptionFacilitate the measurement of change readiness Develop prioritize and lead the execution of action plans required to mitigate impacts and readiness gapsDevelop project specific business adoption metrics to measure usage benefit realization and ROIWhat do we expect from youCommunication and presentation skills with ability to draft effective business ready communications to senior stakeholdersExperience in some of the following areas Culture change Learning and development Leadership development Organization operating model design Change strategy and journey management Organizational change capability buildingPROSCI certification is an advantage but not mandatoryExperience in training coordination would be a plus
