We are seeking a seasoned professional with deep expertise in sheet metal fabrication, stamping, and press shop operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing end-to-end production processes, including press shop, machine shop, welding, and machining, and a proven ability to lead teams toward operational excellence.

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage overall production operations for sheet metal fabrication and stamping.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related discipline preferred).
• Strong technical knowledge of press shop, sheet metal fabrication, welding, and machining processes.
• Minimum 10 years of independent leadership experience in production operations.
• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and deliver operational excellence.
