Job Description

Lead the manufacturing department in planning, execution, review, approval, and coordination of manufacturing process activities at LVMP Granulation, Compression, Encapsulation, and Coating sections.
Prepare production schedules in coordination with SCM and allocate work to deputy managers and assistant managers.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams through daily DLM meetings, shift huddle meetings, and other scheduled meetings.
Review and approve batch records (MMaR), demo batch records, optimization batch records, placebo batches, process validation reports, cleaning validation reports, process optimization batches, demo batches, and other related protocols and reports.
Manage and execute QMS activities, including preparation, review, and approval of change controls, deviations, risk assessments, CAPAs, temporary change controls, internal audit reports, and vendor audit reports.
Ensure department compliance with global and site SOPs, regulatory requirements, and CGMP standards.
Act as an SME for the manufacturing department and participate in regulatory and internal audits, providing responses to observations reported during audits.
Involve in recruiting new hires and conduct internal audits for cross-function departments at ARPL, APIPL, and vendor audits.
Deliver training to production and cross-functional departments and lead performance conversations with employees, including monthly one-on-ones, to connect on progress toward achieving objectives and offer support.
Foster a culture that values trust and provides opportunities for employee development and growth.
Ensure team members adhere to all compliance programs and company policies and procedures.
Perform all work in accordance with established regulatory and compliance and safety requirements.
Develop strong working relationships to sustain a continuous improvement culture.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
