Senior Manager - Procurement & Supply Chain - FMCG Mandatory

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly driven Senior Manager Procurement & Supply Chain to own and oversee the complete supply chain for SW?H and Hado. This role is about ensuring procurement, inventory, vendor performance, and logistics work in sync so every product reaches the customer on time, in full, every time. You will operate as the central link across procurement, warehouse, vendors, and logistics partners making sure our fast-scaling brands never miss a beat.

Scope of Work:

Procurement & Vendor Management

• raw materials, packaging, and finished goods

• contractual SLAs

• Lead structured vendor reviews (weekly/monthly) for performance alignment.

Inventory & Warehousing

• optimum stock levels

• zero discrepancy/shrinkage/pilferage

• FIFO/FEFO compliance

Logistics & Delivery

• 100% OTIF (On Time In Full)

• 3PLs, transporters, and courier aggregators

• Monitor and troubleshoot pickup, dispatch, and delivery bottlenecks.

Risk & Business Continuity

• stock-outs, vendor delays, and logistics disruptions

• Execute proactive corrective actions to minimize business impact.

Data Analytics & Reporting

• procurement lead times, inventory health, vendor SLAs, and logistics KPIs

• Provide actionable insights from data to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

• Ensure centralized visibility of supply chain performance for management review.

• We will be using ZOHO as the backend, experience in ZOHO will be a Plus.

On-Ground Coordination

• regular field visits
