Senior Manager- Pricing

As a Senior Manager- Pricing (IB), your role will involve defining and achieving the growth strategy for Apparel by considering the selection available, pricing, and discount targets. You will manage the demand generation starting from driving traffic for the category to taking action for driving conversion across all external brands and Myntra Fashion Brands. Additionally, you will lead a team of 4-5 people in driving the demand generation for respective categories in Myntra. Your responsibilities will include: - Handling the topline and bottom-line targets for the category you manage. - Driving the merchandising strategy, acquisition and retention targets, and CRM strategy for your categories. - Managing the supply side selection metrics and ensuring the right selection width and depth. - Leading the go-to-market for all launches, campaigns, and events. - Developing the Pricing Strategy for the category. - Deriving insights from data, generating new ideas, and driving growth and pricing strategy for the category. Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelors degree from an accredited university/college and MBA from Tier 1 College. - 8 years of total experience with 5+ years in e-commerce or related fields. - In-depth understanding of customer behavior, browsing and transacting trends, visual merchandising, and execution. - Experience leading a medium-sized team and showcasing the ability to lead, mentor, and manage high-performing individuals. - Ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders independently. - High competency in written and verbal communication skills, including preparing business documentation and presenting to senior stakeholders. - Strong results orientation, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team environment.,
