Your responsibilities will include overseeing generalist HR activities, driving HR initiatives, enhancing employee retention and engagement, among other key tasks at the location. You will be responsible for providing strategic direction to the team, implementing HR strategies effectively, and managing the employee lifecycle. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in fostering positive relationships with customers, acting as a liaison between Human Resources and business operations leaders to ensure seamless delivery of employee processes. Collaborating closely with the leadership team, you will lead the development and implementation of HR strategies to enhance business growth and employee engagement. As a Senior Manager in People Solutions, you will facilitate a culture of open communication, implement employee engagement programs, and serve as a mentor and coach to senior management. Your role will involve managing HR functions such as policy development, performance management, compensation, diversity and inclusion, and employee relations. The ideal candidate should have at least 12 years of experience in Human Resources, demonstrating strong leadership skills with a track record of managing large teams effectively. Proficiency in HR generalist responsibilities, sound judgment, and confidentiality are essential. Experience in a global, matrix environment, along with an MBA/PG degree, will be advantageous.
