Deputy Manager/Senior Manager-Sales

Experience : 5-8

Industry : Iron & Steel/ Mining & Metals

Qualification : Graduate preferably engineering (Metallurgy/Mechanical) with MBA (Marketing / Supply Chain Management)

Base Location : Corporate Office-Hospet

Job Requirements

• Effective communication, Negotiation Skills, Rational problem-solving, Analytical skills, Knowledge

• Strong business sense and industry expertise Knowledge about Iron Ore,Pellets & Steel aligned Products

• Strong Hold on South Indian Languages

• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

Role and Responsibilities

• Looking after Pellet & Iron Ore Sales

• Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands companys customer base and ensure its strong

• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs

• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

• Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling and networking

• Negotiate and handle complaints or objections

• Knowledge in SAP

• Achieving Sales Target

• Maintaining Daily Shipments as per target by co-ordinating with Internal Team & Transporters

• Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

• Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling and networking

• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services

• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections

• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
