Senior Manager- P&C Insurance

As a Senior Manager in P&C Insurance based in Pune, you will be expected to have a minimum of 12+ years of experience in the P&C Insurance domain, showcasing expertise and a strong understanding of Industry Trends. Your prior experience should include managing P&C Insurance Operations for a prominent US-based Insurer, with a focus on Underwriting for Personal Lines and/or Commercial Lines. It is essential that you have managed a team size of 200+ and led major transformation projects resulting in significant benefits. Your track record should demonstrate your ability to handle RFPs, proactive proposals, and develop impactful presentations (PPTs) for internal and external stakeholders. Preferred qualifications for this role include AINS/CPCU Certification, Black Belt/Green Belt Certification, experience in managing Blended Operations (Contact Center + Backoffice), and overseeing Licensed Functions in P&C Insurance such as Producer, Adjuster, TPA, and Underwriter. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of processes throughout the P&C Value Chain across multiple locations with a team size of 200+. Your duties will involve identifying additional business opportunities, contributing to the P&C COE, and focusing on developing specialized skills in the P&C domain within the organization.
