Senior Manager - Partnerships & BD

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for various key areas: Partnerships: You will be in charge of developing and executing strategies to establish new partnerships with development organizations, donors, NGOs, and academic institutions. It will be your responsibility to identify and kickstart partnerships that are in line with Outline India's core values and business objectives. Business Development: Your role will involve revenue generation through generating leads and successfully closing your own business deals. You will need to pitch business proposals to clients, engage in negotiations, and finalize agreements. Additionally, monitoring lead conversion metrics and reporting directly to the founders will be part of your duties. Identifying, nurturing, and securing funding opportunities will also fall under your purview. Stakeholder Engagement: You will maintain regular communication with existing clients and donors, ensuring they are kept up to date on project progress and updates via emails, virtual meetings, and other channels. Representing Outline India at various networking events, conferences, and forums will also be a crucial aspect of your role to expand the organization's network. Managing both internal and external communications to ensure consistent messaging that aligns with the company's vision and goals will be another essential task.
