Senior Manager – Overseas Education

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Counselling:

  Guide students through admission & visa procedures for the UK, Canada, Australia, USA, and Europe.

• Lead Management:

  Own follow-ups, tracking, and conversion of leads with accountability.

• Team Leadership:

  Manage & mentor a 2–3 member counselling team to drive performance and motivation.

• Associate Coordination:

  Maintain strong ties with key partners like KC, SI-UK, IDP, and university reps.

• Documentation Oversight:

  Review SOPs, LORs, and financials to ensure visa readiness.

• Target Achievement:

  Consistently meet monthly conversion and revenue goals.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–7 years in overseas education counselling
• Industry connections with associates like KC, SI-UK, etc.
• Strong leadership and team-handling experience
• In-depth knowledge of multi-country admissions & visas
• Proficiency in CRM, lead tracking, and follow-ups
• Excellent communication and persuasive skills
