Senior Manager Mfg. Excellence, Digitalization & QMS

As a Senior Manager of Manufacturing Excellence, Digitalization & Quality Management System (QMS) at Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd in Dewas SGO - Operations Block P, your role will be crucial in driving operational efficiency improvements and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the site. With a focus on operational management, continuous improvement, QMS oversight, and digitalization transformation, you will work closely with the site leadership team to identify opportunities for enhancement in quality, cost, productivity, and delivery. Your responsibilities will include identifying root causes of gaps between demand, commitment, and supply, and collaborating with the leadership team to create action plans. You will optimize the current value stream to reduce cycle times and improve Door-to-Door (D2D) processes. Monitoring product deliveries to ensure adherence to specifications and driving yield improvements for critical products will be essential in reducing operational costs. Additionally, you will lead cost-saving initiatives, drive projects for operational excellence (OE) through methodologies like Value Stream Mapping (VSM), ASPIRE, KAIZEN, and Quality Circles. Managing end-to-end QMS activities such as Out-of-Trend (OOT) investigations, Market Complaints, Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and deviation control will be part of your responsibilities. Your role will also involve implementing digital tools and systems, developing digital strategies aligned with business objectives, and overseeing digital transformation projects. Supporting existing initiatives and launching new ones to enhance operational efficiency, along with coaching project leaders in data analysis and Six Sigma processes, will be key aspects of your role.
