Role Description

The Senior Manager – Merchandising will oversee and manage the merchandising operations, ensuring optimal product assortment, inventory levels, and sales strategies. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, developing merchandising plans, coordinating with suppliers, and collaborating with the sales team to enhance customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in merchandising, particularly in the jewellery industry
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market trends
• Ability to develop merchandising plans and strategies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with suppliers and sales teams
• Leadership skills and experience in managing a team
• Proficiency in inventory management and sales forecasting
• Experience working with ERP systems is a plus
