Role & responsibilities MEP-In charge has to identify problems in design, plan, manage and deliver project timely. MEP In-charge has to plan, organize the review and evaluate the work of consultants, contractors, and others. MEP-In-charge role plans, directs, manages and provides oversight of assigned design and construction projects to ensure that goals and objectives are accomplished within prescribed schedule and budget parameters MEP-In charge is responsible for all aspects of the project relating to building services-Internal and External Review Contract Documents, making suggestions/modifications as they relate to the MEP Assist Scheduling department with developing detailed CPM schedules for all MEP installation activities, including cost and resource loading Review and approve material and equipment for MEP systems prior to installation Monitor the installation and start-up of MEP systems and commissioning of project with Engineer Coordinate activities, materials procurement and other related activities with Site Head and Concern department. Communicate progress and prepare appropriate reports as needed Lead and direct the 3-D coordination process to resolve all conflicts prior to start of installations. Take overall responsibility for the performance of all MEP works Supervise review and coordination of submittals and shop drawings Preferred candidate profile Execution of Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting works at site level, Person with sound knowledge of Work execution-MEP at site Should have worked on Infra Development works. Should have knowledge and experience of External Electrical Distribution Have computer knowledge for E-Mails and day to day documentation. Well versed in English for writing mails etc Should have Awareness on implementation of Safety and Quality Control Should have knowledge of applicable Codes for the works It will be good if he has worked on a substation works.
