The incumbent is responsible for monitoring the Landscape Design of all projects in the region from consultant finalization to handover by ensuring availability of design drawings, documents and specifications as per company standards. Prime responsibility will be to co-ordinate with internal and external stakeholders- Landscape consultants, architects, lighting and signage consultants, Green building consultants etc; to ensure project requirements are delivered as per the requirements.

- Review and verification of landscape designs proposed by the external landscape architects ensuring correctness and fulfillment of project requirements
- Interfaces with design managers, regional cross-functional teams and HO design team along with external Design Consultants
- Recommends design options for specific green field projects
- High quality product to be planned in scheduled time
- Designs should include green building aspects

- Coordination with design manager to file required documentation as per schedule
- Coordinates with external consultants for applying for certifications
- Timeliness as per defined frequency
1. Coordination during project execution
- Coordinates with projects team during execution of the landscape design.
- Monitors work in progress to ensure that design is in accordance with the brief and norms
- Conduct site visit as and when required
1. Standardization of Design Process
- Prepares templates for standardization for landscape design across regions such as material list, design standards, details etc

Graduates in B. Architecture + Masters in Landscape Architecture with relevant industry experience
Qualification & Experience
M.Arch with minimum 8+ years of experience.
