Simbus Sourcing manages about USD 300 Million of Procurement from the MSME sector delivering significant benefits in terms of easing compliance, simplifying vendor management and improving working capital management.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

Lead the Digital Transformation and IT Strategy for Simbuss Procurement Aggregation business, managing ~$300 million in procurement for large Indian corporatestargeted to grow 5 over 5 years. The role owns the end-to-end IT systems roadmap, driving implementation and continuous improvement of ERP and related business systems using Microsoft technologies (Dynamics 365, Power Automate, Power BI).

WHAT

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Engineering; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in IT and Digital Transformation.
• Hands-on Microsoft D365 implementation experience (at least two full cycles).
• Experience with Power Automate and Power BI.
• Strong background in Procurement, P2P, and Finance processes.
• Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent leadership, communication, and change management skills.

WHAT

• Own the D365 ERP implementation plan across Finance, Procurement, and Vendor Service modules.
• Configure and customize D365; ensure integration with Power Platform tools.
• Leverage Power Automate to digitize manual workflows and reduce processing times.
• Develop Power BI dashboards for management KPIs and real-time insights.
• Manage cross-functional collaboration across Procurement, Finance, and Audit teams.
• Ensure IT system reliability, scalability, and security.
• Govern system releases, change requests, and enhancements.
• Manage IT operations, infrastructure, and vendor ecosystems.

KEY DELIVERABLES:

• Implement and scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP across business functions.
• Deploy workflow automation using Power Automate to streamline vendor onboarding, P2P, and audit workflows.
• Build Power BI dashboards for real-time visibility into procurement and financial performance.
• Lead business process re-engineering across procurement, vendor management, and finance processes.
• Manage IT operations to ensure 99.9% availability, scalability, and data security.
• Oversee IT vendors and implementation partners ensuring SLA compliance.
• Establish IT governance, policies, and KPI dashboards for system performance.
