• Gain expertise on new and existing products, including applications, raw materials, and competitive benefits.
• Conduct training sessions to equip sales teams and clients with product knowledge.

• Customer Relationship Management:

• Cultivate strong relationships with both existing and potential clients.
• Address technical inquiries, provide solutions, and ensure consistent follow-ups for client satisfaction.

• Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
