Job Description Overall responsibility and accountability of the services rendered by Hospitality team. Connect with customers to ensure seamless delivery during client visits. Responsible for budget and actual expenses and plan for yearly expenses. Handle escalations and resolve issues through appropriate corrective and preventive actions. Draft Policies and Procedure documents. Review GH and cab vendor audit reports regularly and ensure closure of findings. Analyze and review daily monthly and quarterly reports and work towards improvement.
