Role & responsibilities

• Design & Develop Automation Solutions

• Build, maintain, and scale network automation scripts/playbooks using Python (Netmiko, Paramiko), Ansible, and Terraform to streamline configuration, provisioning, and management of network devices (routers, switches, LB, etc.).
• Develop reusable Python modules and libraries to abstract device-specific logic (e.g., command templates, SSH connections, parsing outputs).

• Network Architecture & Engineering

• Contribute to the design, implementation, and optimization of core network architecturesfocusing on routing (BGP, OSPF), switching (VLANs, STP, EVPN), and overlay technologies (VXLAN).
• Collaborate with Network Architects and Infrastructure teams to translate high-level requirements into scalable network designs.

• Cisco DNA Center (DNAC)

• Leverage Cisco DNAC to automate campus and data-center network provisioning, policy enforcement, and device lifecycle management.
• Develop DNAC integrations (APIs, Scripts) to automate workflows such as device onboarding, OS upgrades, and telemetry collection.
