About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Manager – Generative AI (Pharma Domain Expert) to lead client-facing AI projects, mentor teams, and drive innovation in the fields of Generative AI and Data Science. This role is ideal for a Pharmaceutical domain expert with strong experience in data science and generative AI, who can bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI solutions and real-world business impact.

You will work closely with clients, act as their primary point of contact, and ensure end-to-end project delivery with technical excellence and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Generative AI solutions.
• Act as the client POC for requirements gathering, demos, and relationship management.
• Deliver end-to-end AI projects, ensuring quality and timely execution.
• Work with AWS Cloud, LLMs, RAG, LangChain, Hugging Face, and OpenAI APIs.
• Mentor internal teams on AI/ML best practices.
• Represent the company in client demos, conferences, and industry forums.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years in Data Science/ML/AI, with a minimum of 2 years in Generative AI project delivery.
• Pharma domain expertise with proven client-facing experience.
• Strong knowledge of LLMs, RAG, diffusion models, LangChain, and Hugging Face.
• Hands-on expertise in AWS Cloud deployment.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML preferred.

Pay: ₹3,500,000.00 - ₹6,000,000.00 per year
