Senior Manager Financial Planning Analysis

As a Senior Manager in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and decision support processes. Acting as a strategic finance partner, you will be responsible for driving insights and enabling strong financial performance within the organization. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), long-range planning, and rolling forecasts. - Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support decision-making. - Analyze revenue, margins, deal pipelines, client-level metrics, and project costing. - Collaborate with sales & delivery teams to make pricing and commercial decisions. - Present monthly dashboards, conduct variance analysis, and prepare board presentations. - Assist in ROI assessments for new initiatives and strategic investments. - Enhance FP&A processes, governance, automation, and reporting. **Qualifications Required:** - CA or MBA in Finance - Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and analytics. - Deep understanding of IT services metrics such as utilization, project costing, rate cards, and revenue models. - Proficiency in Advanced Excel; experience with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, Anaplan is a plus. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. If you have a background in FP&A or Corporate Finance within IT services or project-based businesses, and exposure to global operations and multi-currency reporting environments, you would be a preferred candidate for this role.
