**Job Description:** As part of the Operations & Corporate Functions FP&A Team at LSEG, you will be supporting the finance functions for Operations and Corporate Functions. The team consists of 2 Senior Managers in Finance FP&A and a team of Performance Analysts. Your responsibilities will include activities such as core FP&A/Decision Support, reporting consolidation, budgeting, and more. **Key Responsibilities:** - Drive the operating rhythm for Financial Planning & Analysis across operations, collaborating with Group FP&A, FinCon, and Business Finance teams. - Produce monthly/quarterly performance reports for review by ExCo, Board, and external investors. - Support the external reporting process by providing detailed analyses to the Investor Relations team. - Maintain a deep understanding of business drivers. - Conduct investment reporting and analysis. - Assist in driving Profitability Insights for Operations and Corporate Functions. - Support the Head of D&A Ops Finance in consolidating D&A Ops financials. - Participate in various projects across different BUs and SBUs within Operations and Corporate Functions. - Deliver efficient and accurate driver-based reporting on group costs and activities. - Contribute to projects introduced by Group FP&A to enhance financial reporting. - Build positive relationships and drive improvement initiatives. - Coordinate the budgeting and forecasting process for Operations. **Qualifications Required:** - 13-15 years of experience in a Finance role. - Experience in FP&A within larger corporate organizations. - Proficiency in working efficiently in cross-functional teams. - Strong analytical skills with problem-solving abilities. - Excellent communication skills and ability to influence. - High attention to detail while maintaining a view of the big picture. - Ability to identify key drivers of a result and articulate the "story." - Familiarity with accounting and financial reporting. - Expert level proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint). - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required. - Post-graduate qualification such as MBA/CIMA/ACCA or equivalent is preferred.
