Job Description

Lead the finance team in developing and implementing financial strategies to support the company's overall strategic goals.
Oversee the preparation of financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure accurate and timely financial projections.
Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget, forecast, and prior year results, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, as well as internal policies and procedures.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to optimize financial operations.
Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous learning, and development.
Contribute to the development of financial KPIs and metrics to measure and drive financial performance.
Support strategic decision-making by providing financial insights and analysis to senior management.
