Key Responsibilities Architecture & Engineering Architect and deploy secure, scalable Azure environments in alignment with enterprise architecture standards and Microsofts Well-Architected Framework. Lead end-to-end cloud migration projects from on-premises or other cloud platforms to Azure using Azure Migrate and other tools. Design and implement Disaster Recovery strategies using Azure Site Recovery (ASR) and Azure Backup to ensure business continuity. Automate infrastructure provisioning with Terraform (preferred), ARM templates, and PowerShell, enabling repeatable and consistent deployments. Define and enforce Azure governance and security policies using Azure Policy, Management Groups, RBAC, Conditional Access, and MFA within a Zero Trust security model. Monitor and optimize Azure workloads using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Cost Management tools. Collaborate with security, network, and app teams to ensure holistic cloud adoption and compliance across services. Create detailed architecture documentation, deployment guides, operational runbooks, and handover materials for support teams. Stay current with Azure feature updates, best practices, and evolving industry standards, especially around the AZ-305 exam content. Project Leadership & Delivery Serve as the Technical lead on complex enterprise projects, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery. Collaborate with PMs and stakeholders on planning, timelines, and delivery expectations. Draft architecture and project documentation, including diagrams, statements of work, runbooks, and operation guides. Work across teams to ensure smooth project handoffs and production readiness. Client & Stakeholder Engagement Act as a trusted advisor for clients and senior stakeholderstranslating technical solutions into business outcomes. Participate in or lead technical contract negotiations, design reviews, and risk assessments. Present solution options, architecture proposals, and technology roadmaps. Ensure alignment between enterprise goals and technology strategy. Escalation & Operational Excellence Act as the final point of escalation for Sev1 incidents across infrastructure, cloud, and End user environments. Guide teams on root cause analysis (RCA), problem management, and resolution plans. Mentor and upskill engineers, ensuring knowledge transfer and cross-functional collaboration. Job Requirement Required Skills & Experience 8+ years of enterprise IT experience, with a focus on Microsoft infrastructure and cloud platforms.
