Designation: Sr. Manager - Estimation Reporting to: MD Job location: Mumbai Company Profile: Electromech Infra Projects Pvt. Ltd. Established in 1981, Electromech has a rich history in providing integrated solutions and its expertise to clients across various electrical, mechanical and networking fields. In providing these solutions, Electromech Infra works across the value chain from consulting, installation, execution to maintenance in the commercial, industrial, and retail sectors. Electromech has successfully completed over 600 projects across multiple industries in India. Most recently, Electromech has forayed into the Turnkey Contracting space by providing an entire array of infrastructural, civil, and interior contracting. Roles and Responsibilities: To review the tender documents, prepare the technical query and submit to the client & consultant Supervises and trains estimators to assist them in the preparation of estimates and bids To maintain the estimating cost database to ensure costs are up to date. To Attend the pre-tender meeting, commercial negotiation meeting with the client Send the inquiry to the respective vendor and follow up with the pricing. To Consults with clients, architects, subcontractors, and material suppliers on a regular basis to discuss and formulate estimates, effect cost reductions, and resolve issues. To prepare the commercial offer and technical offer. Preparation of price comparison reports To Work with the operations team throughout the preconstruction process in reviewing plans and specifications for constructability issues and determining general requirements on the projects Quantity measurement, prepare the cable schedule and earthing schedule in the lum sum project. Fill the PQ and prepare the respective documents. Prepare the project schedule (in MSP), Manpower, material delivery schedule, and PowerPoint presentation. maintaining the estimating cost data base to ensure costs are up to date. Coordinate with the estimation team and appoint them to work on a new project. Support the procurement team after awarding the project. Resolve the query to the site team after awarding the project. All jobs assigned by the MD Qualification & preferred Skills: BE/Diploma Electrical, with 7 years and above experience in construction management or equivalent field experience Exceptional time management, multitasking, and interpersonal skills Excellent Teamwork & Leadership skills. IT Skills MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint. Familiarity with Google Workspace is preferred. Excellent in organising & documentation skill Ability to travel extensively and perform site visits Employment Type: Full Time
